Classic Cold Brew In 3 Steps
Step 1
Add 1/2 cup of coarsely ground coffee to your Hario cold brew jug.
Pour in 4 cups of cold water, ensuring all the coffee grounds are fully saturated.
Stir gently to mix the coffee and water thoroughly.
Step 2
Seal your jug and place it in the refrigerator.
Let the coffee steep for 12-24 hours, allowing the flavours to fully develop.
The longer you steep, the stronger the brew!
Step 3
After steeping, strain the coffee grounds from the liquid using the jug’s filter.
Pour the cold brew concentrate over ice, dilute with water or milk* to taste, and enjoy your refreshing homemade cold brew coffee!
